    Yes! We’re proudly Australian-owned and operated. All our meals are prepared locally using fresh Aussie ingredients from our facilities in Sydney.

  • How do meal subscriptions work?

    Turn any order into a subscription right from your cart - just tick "Make it a subscription" and choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Your meals then arrive on repeat, and repeat orders over $100 get FREE delivery. You stay in full control: swap meals in or out any time before your cut-off, change your frequency, update your payment details, or cancel whenever you like - all from the My Subscriptions page in your account.

    You can return any item within 30 days of purchase.

  • How do I heat and prepare the meals?

    Most of our Single Serve meals and Desserts are Air-Fryer ready and take just minutes to heat. Our family sized meals are tray bakes best heated in the oven. Each product includes clear instructions on the label, be sure to read and follow the heating instructions for each meal.

  • Do you offer meals for families?

    Yes! We have a range of family-sized meals (1.6kg) perfect for feeding 4 people. They’re ideal for busy households who want restaurant quality, chef-prepared and fuss-free meals with little prep!

  • Are your meals made fresh or frozen?

    Our meals are made and come fresh, not frozen - using locally sourced Australian ingredients, then sealed and chilled to lock in flavour and freshness.
